Full-time Subject Matter Expert I or II located in Norfolk, VA.  The candidate must have an Active DoD Secret Clearance or higher.

What You Will Do:

  • Provide extremely high level subject matter expertise for work described in the task

  • Demonstrate advanced technical knowledge and analysis of highly specialized applications and operational environments high-level functional systems analysis, design, integration, documentation, training, and implementation advice on complex problems which require doctorate level knowledge of the subject matter for effective implementation

  • Apply principles, methods, and knowledge of specific functional areas of expertise to specific task order requirements

  • Offer advice on esoteric problems which require extensive knowledge of the subject matter

  • Design and prepare technical reports, studies, and related documentation

  • Make charts and graphs to record results

  • Prepare and deliver presentations, training, and briefings as required by the task order.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Arts or Bachelor of Sciences degree preferred
  • May require a master's degree and/or Ph.D
  • 5-12+ years of experience in the field or in a related field
  • Full technical knowledge of all phases of applications systems analysis and programming
  • Ability to lead and direct others while working under the supervision of others
